Whichever you choose, you can expect one to one coaching, a personalised programme of support which includes a range of tasks, reading, and actionable strategies to help you live the life you want. The Bronze package is a 4 week programme designed to provide you with tools, insights and support needed to achieve personal growth, set goals, and cultivate a mindset for success. As well as all of the above, the silver package includes a deeper reflection on yourself, with the time to learn and embed new strategies to help you reach your goals. The Gold 12 week package is a comprehensive and transformative experience designed to support individuals who are committed to personal growth, greater clarity and ready to embrace positive changes. weeks to help you identify your next steps and create a plan to get you there. Cancellation Policy
Prior to making a booking, please ensure you have read the contract and initial consultation form on our Documents page. Bookings can be made up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the session. If you require a sooner appointment please either ring or text 07585 707022 to check my availability. If, for any reason, you are unable to make the appointment please let me know as soon as possible. However, please be aware that regular attendance supports your progress towards your goals, so please make every endeavour to prioritise your sessions. If you cannot attend your booked appointment or wish to cancel the session and you do not let me know more than 48 hours in advance, it will result in you being charged for the full missed session.
