This can depend on the needs of the client, however most clients have 4 sessions.
Does hypnotherapy work online?
Yes, hypnotherapy works well online, through video conferencing, we use Microsoft Teams or Whats App video. All we need to do is ensure the link is secure and that you will not be disturbed during the session.
How does hypnosis help with anxiety?
Using deep relaxation and suggestions, we address the root causes of your anxiety and teach the body and brain to accept the changes you wish to make.
Is hypnotherapy effective for weight loss?
Yes, if you commit to making the changes to your diet and exercise, hypnotherapy can support the weight loss. It is not a standalone magic fix and result may vary. Evidence shows that hypnotherapy can support the reduction of cravings and emotional eating and the maintenance of weight loss over time.
