Service Description
Promoting deep relaxation, helping your mind and body to feel calm, whilst resetting those unhelpful thought patterns, this package is ideal for helping you to reduce and release your anxiety.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to making a booking, please ensure you have read the contract and initial consultation form on our Documents page. Bookings can be made up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the session. If you require a sooner appointment please either ring or text 07585 707022 to check my availability. If, for any reason, you are unable to make the appointment please let me know as soon as possible. However, please be aware that regular attendance supports your progress towards your goals, so please make every endeavour to prioritise your sessions. If you cannot attend your booked appointment or wish to cancel the session and you do not let me know more than 48 hours in advance, it will result in you being charged for the full missed session.
